This is one of the most beautiful places to own. It's a long screathced meadow with all tipes of small yellow flowers covering it. There is pine trees and a few other types that sourond the 100 acer meadow in a box shape. In the midle of this vally stands the tallest tree in The Arrow Head Mountains, an old ancent like Oak Tree. It provieds plenty of shade BUT BEWARE the only problem with Sun Shine Valley is that there is never any water unless it had rain recently since the old oak's leafs some how cup water and water pudles as well, but if you go into the surounding woods and travil two days and one night you'll find The Great River Of Sun Shine's Woods, there you'll se a huge river with frsh water and lots of life in it.
